Each candidate wishing to join the Digisuccess community must pass a selection process designed to measure technical expertise, professionalism and communication skills. The entire selection process takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

In-depth examination of technical skills
We then test each candidate's technical knowledge and problem-solving ability through a variety of assessments. Each member of the Digisuccess community is an expert in his or her field, and only those candidates who perform exceptionally well in this phase are retained.
Each candidate is interviewed by Digisuccess experts who are specialists in their field. Our examiners provide specific live exercises, looking for problem solving skills, experience, communication skills and creativity
Each candidate is given a test project to assess whether he or she is capable of taking on the responsibilities. The test projects, which last from 1 to 3 weeks, are comprehensive and provide real-life scenarios that allow candidates to demonstrate their competence, rigour, professionalism and integrity.
